Basil I the Macedonian, 867-886. Follis (Bronze, 16 mm, 3.10 g, 12 h), Cherson, circa 879-886. Large B on exergual line. Rev. Cross floriate on two steps; in fields to left and right, pellet. DOC 20a. SB 1719. Minor corrosion, otherwise, very fine.
